New in 2023! Toby’s Jr Bar will be serving up delicious ice cream and dairy-free frozen treats! We plan on offering a different dairy-free (fat-free) option weekly. Additional add-on to the building include more retail space with a private deck for fun park attendees.

I am a fourth-generation farmer continuing my family’s tradition. In 2015, my husband and I opened Fortune Bridge Farms, specializing in growing turnips, carrots, parsnips and cabbage. By 2017, we started Toby’s Farm Market and offered these products to our community. Now in 2023, we grow over 100 acres of vegetables and are proud to be a local source of nutrition.
